This is an incident report from Chickmo
We had previously moved the inmates to new housing outside. Reggie, the ring leader and chief troublemaker, was put in her own cell not too far from the big cell. The big cell was used for the remaining 8 inmates. There had been small incidents on almost a daily basis but the guards are able to handle it.
Reggie has become very mean and more ill tempered. She attacks and bites the person that tends to her food and water. The guard is very tired of her attitude. Not only does she attack and bite, she just makes a break for it every chance she gets. She has grown a lot in the time that she has been here. The last time she bit me I reminded her that she may face execution in November if her mood and behavior doesn't change!
The remaining 8 were sharing a cell. I overheard them threatening each other.... they have decided that since Reggie isn't in with them now that they want a new leader. They saw me at that point and stopped talking. The next day Brenda "Bugsy" Banano showed signs of fighting. Of course when questioned about it no one knew anything! I am finally pulling their names from them but it is slow. I suspect that Freda "Feathers" Franklin is the bully as she is the biggest inmate. I continue to watch them carefully so as to find the bully.. the bully will become the leader.
The following day it was clear that there had been a rumble overnight! Bugsy was again bleeding and battered. She was removed from Chickmo and taken to infirmary. I have been over seeing her care. She was cleaned up and treated. She is inside in a single cell with food and water. She ate like she was starving so I think they may have taken her food from her. She will stay in the infirmary until she is healed up and has regrown the feathers that they pulled out.
We have been visited by the missionary. She has come to try to save the souls of the inmates. I am pretty sure that she has already decided that Reggie is a lost cause, in fact she was holding up her cross and praying. As she ran past I heard her mumbling something about holy water...
This morning as we went to serve breakfast Sgt. Felipe Navidad heard something and gave chase with sgt Molly Woggle close behind. They had trapped Agent Orange! It was a viscous fight! Growling and hissing I thought it might be end of Orange but he was able to slip by them and shot through the fence.
Work is being done to further accommodate the inmates as they grow.The inmates have recently discovered how great a roost it and now all of them try to sleep on that single one. New roosts will be included in the new cell bock.
